Shipping Methods
As we work hand in hand with fundraisers, we just ask that you cover basic shipping costs, so that we can make sure those people fundraising can meet their goals! Typically orders are sent via USPS, but if you have other needs or accommodations, feel free to drop us a line.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Adia will cover all shipping costs for return of product as long as the product meets all requirements listed as follows. Product return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Product must be unused and undamaged for refund or exchange to be valid. Please contact us at YourFriends@AdiaCandleCo.com with subject title as “Exchange/Refund” before you ship the product. Adia reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange that does not meet these requirements.
